Outline
ECG/arrhythmia and respiration simulator incorporating a function for practice of defibrillation. Designed for instructors and nurses conducting advanced life support (ALS) treatment requiring a comprehensive and easily operated waveform simulator.
Characteristics

- Various ECG waveforms are output to the torso skin for defibrillation of the Chris Clean defibrillation manikin and resuscitation training simulator.
- Hundreds of ECG rhythms and heart rates can be reproduced.
- It can be operated more easily than with the compact keyboard.
- Functionality can be expanded with a separate module.
- A simulated practice can be conducted using a "simulated defibrillation switch" even if the manikin for defibrillation practice and defibrillator cannot be used.
Arrhythmia Simulation Function
Using the following function, hundreds of ECG rhythms and heart rates can be reproduced.
- Manual insertion of atrial (supraventricular) extrasystole and ventricular extrasystole into various rhythms.
- Selection of 4 different heart rates for each rhythm
- Selection of automatic heart rate generation pattern
*This function generates a repetition of the following basic rhythms and heart rates : Sinus rhythm / sinus tachycardia / sinus bradycardia / asystole / atrial / tachycardia / atrial flutter / atrial fibrillation / atrioventricular block / ventricular extrasystole / ventricular achycardia / ventricular fibrillation / bigeminal rhythm / trigeminal rhythm / bigeminal pulse / atrial extrasystole / and others
Respiration Simulation Function
- Output of physiological ECG / respiration
- Apnea / bradypnea processes
- Accidental artifact
Power supply
Operates with an AC power supply or a built-in chargeable battery.
- Operating time using battery: 10 hours
- Charging time of battery: 4 hours
